Recently, Kapaa Pediatrics had a complex IT problem where we had to set up a secure private VPN line through the internet company as well as the electronic medical records company that we use on a daily basis.  

 

We decided to go with Brett Fagan, and we could not have been more satisfied with his services.  From the first phone call it was evident that he was very knowledgeable about IT issues.  From the initial consultation to the final implementation, he demonstrated professionalism and expertise.  

 

I worked directly with Brett and he clearly explained the process and updated me in a timely manner.  I have worked with two larger IT companies in the past and from experience I can tell you that those techs from a bigger company have a fraction of the IT competence that Brett demonstrated.

 

What sets Brett apart from the other IT companies is his persistence on getting the correct and best solution to our unique situation and needs.  In addition, his commitment to high quality customer service is exceptional, as he would go out of his way not to disrupt the workflow of our office during the day in order to preserve our ability to deliver patient care.  

 

The main challenge we encountered during the process was that the IT group from the large Electronic Medical Records company was not as competent and efficient as Brett!  Thus, we had to wait for them at times to fix things on their end before Brett could continue his work.   

 

Since Brett Fagan has fixed our IT set up, we have not once had another issue.  I highly recommend Brett to anyone needing IT solutions.
